Paying is simple and safe
Pay by card or cash (card machine at the office and on delivery). Once you confirm your car and dates, we send the details on WhatsApp: a small advance confirms the booking, then the rent and refundable deposit are paid when you collect the car.

What documents do I need to rent a car?
Sri Lankans: your NIC (or a valid driving licence), a billing proof such as an electricity, water or telephone bill, and one guarantor with their ID and billing proof. Visitors from abroad: your passport and your driving licence with a Sri Lankan driving permit or an International Driving Permit — no guarantor or bill needed.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a refundable deposit is paid when you collect the car. After the car is returned and checked, the deposit is refunded, less any extra km, fuel shortfall or damage.
How do I pay?
You can pay by card or in cash: we have a card machine at the office and bring one when we deliver. When you confirm, we send the booking details on WhatsApp. A small advance confirms your booking; the rent and the deposit are paid when you collect the car. We never ask for card details or one-time passwords.
How are rental days counted?
Per 24 hours from your pick-up time. For example, 10 AM on the 5th to 10 AM on the 9th is 4 days. Returning later than your pick-up time adds a day.
How many kilometres are included?
100 km per day. Extra kilometres are charged per km, depending on the vehicle.
Can you deliver the car to me?
Yes. You can collect from Wellampitiya at no charge, or we deliver and pick up anywhere. The delivery charge depends on the location.
